YourImageKit is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• **Fitness**: No warranty for fitness for a particular purpose
• **Quality**: No warranty regarding the quality of processed images

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourImageKit shall not be liable for:
